The cathedral existed in the 4th century but was expanded by Saint Ouen in 650 and visited by Charlemagne in 769. Today's church was built in the 12th century in an early Gothic style and 400 yeas later the cathedral was finished in a Renaissance style.
La cathédrale a existé au quatrième siècle mais il a agrandi en 650 par Saint Ouen et Charlemagne y est allé en 769. L'église aujourd'hui a été construit dans la douzième siècle en style gothique et quatre cent ans après, l'église a été fini en style renaissance.
